I am writing to inform you of an unexpected adjustment again to the shipping schedule for your X210Ai order, and to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, I am so sorry!

Due to the outcome of the high-level U.S.-China economic talks in Geneva on May 10th, both countries have entered a 90-day tariff grace period. This has resulted in a significant influx of urgent orders from the U.S. market, which has temporarily impacted the factory’s capacity again.

As a result, our ongoing production schedule has been unavoidably disrupted. While the motherboard is already in the final stages of the SMT process, the revised factory production plan now indicates that all products related to the X210Ai project will commence shipping by late July or early August.

We deeply regret this second delay in the delivery timeline for your order and understand the frustration it may cause. Please be assured we are actively coordinating with the factory to expedite the process and minimize further delays.
